The 2022 #WeAllGrow Summit will be held at La Quinta Resort in Palm Desert California from September 29 – October 1, 2022. *La Quinta is completely sold out for our dates. Please see below for more details on alternative accommodations.

If you bought a ticket you can start planning your trip to Palm Desert! You’ll also be invited to an attendees’ AMIGAS private circle, make sure to join to connect with other hermanas attending.

3. Will tickets sell out?

4. How much do the tickets cost and what do they include?

General Ticket ($1,111): This ticket is for you if you did not grab the AMIGAS only early-access discounted ticket ($888). It includes the same access/perks (access to all official Summit events, keynotes, sessions, community events, sponsor suites, expo and market space, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and a gift bag) but without the discounted price.

5. Is there a payment plan?

Yes, we got you! You will have the option to check out with Paypal’s “Pay in 4” which allows you to split your payment into 4 interest-free payments with no late fees and no impact on your credit score.

6. Who is this event for? Is it only for Latinas?

#WeAllGrow Summit is created for impactful Latinas and non-binary Latines. All of which are entrepreneurs, influencers, artists, students, and career-driven women who want to grow their professional skills, network with their sisters, and brand leaders that are aligned with WAG’s mission to support the Latinx community.


Summit is open to anyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, ethnicity, and/or cultural background. All levels of experience are welcome as the programming includes useful and valuable information and learning experiences for beginners and pros. Not able to attend this year? 7. How many people will be attending?

8. What are your COVID-19 Policies?

The health and safety of all those in attendance are a top priority. Based on guidance from the CDC, health authorities, and government agencies alike, we have implemented adequate health and safety measures to provide all in attendance with the safest experience possible.


There is no local county requirement to provide a negative COVID-19 test result, vaccine card, or vaccine record for entry. If you are unvaccinated, the CDC encourages you to bring and wear a mask.

Policies are subject to change in accordance with applicable law, venue regulations, relevant health guidelines and changing circumstances. #WeAllGrow will provide updates as needed leading up to the start of the event.

We kindly ask that you refrain from attending if:

  • You have tested positive or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 10 days prior to the event.
  • You have experienced a symptom of COVID-19 within 10 days of the start of the event only attending if you obtain a negative PCR test, even if you are fully vaccinated, prior to the start of the event.
  • You have traveled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local government as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the event.
9. I wasn’t able to get a ticket!! Can I volunteer?

10. Do you offer media passes for bloggers, TikTok or YouTube creators in exchange for content?

This event was created and curated with independent content creators and their growth in mind. We suggest you purchase a ticket to get the full experience. We sold out for this year’s Summit in March, so make sure you join Amigas to not miss out on our next events.


Depending on coverage needs, we will have a limited amount of restricted access media passes to the event. Requests are approved on a case-by-case basis with guaranteed coverage by commercial print, on-air and online media outlets. 11. Is there a discount for La Quinta Resort?

YES! Our group rate was $299/night at the beautiful La Quinta Resort, however, the entire hotel for our dates is now completely sold out.

We have negotiated a group rate at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, located within the Village of La Quinta and just 1.2 miles, a 4-minute drive, from La Quinta Resort.
Our group rate is $229 (+ tax) per night. Rates are based on double occupancy, additional adults (after 2 guests) in suite are $15.00 per person, plus tax per night. A 2-night minimum stay is required.

12. How can I find people who are also attending the Summit?

If you are a 2022 Summit ticket holder, we have a private group inside our AMIGAS network that you were invited to via email when you purchased your ticket. In this circle you can connect with other hermanas attending to find a roommate at La Quinta and learn about our other hotel recommendations, if needed.

13. When should I plan to arrive and depart?

We will be kicking off our special programming on Thursday, September 29, during the day. We highly suggest you plan on arriving Wednesday night so you can take full advantage of all of our offerings or enjoy one of the 49 pools, spa, and surrounding desert vibes! The Summit officially ends on Saturday, October 1 at 9 PM after Storytellers. Get more details on our program overview here.

14. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to the event?

If you’re traveling from outside Southern California, flying into the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is ideal. You can also fly into LAX (Los Angeles), ONT (Ontario), or SBD (San Bernardino) International Airports to then drive to Palm Desert.

From California, Arizona, and Nevada? Palm Desert is also a great road trip destination!

La Quinta Resort offers complimentary self and valet parking as part of your room resort fee.

15. I bought a ticket, but now, I’m not able to attend. What is the refund policy?

Tickets are not refundable. We will only accept transfers before August 31, 2022. Please be mindful and kind to the team and understand that there are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not respond to any refund request emails due to our strict policy.

16. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets are transferable. It is your responsibility to find a person to sell and transfer your ticket to, complete the sales transaction and then contact us at events@weallgrowlatina.com with the transferee’s information and email to complete the transfer.


Transfers must be made no later than August 31, 2022, for the attendee to take full advantage of all the special events and surprises we are preparing. Absolutely no exceptions.

17. The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

Tickets are only transferable if the process above is followed. IDs will be required to issue an event pass onsite.

18. Will you offer sponsor field trips this year?

Field trips will not be a part of Summit this year. Due to the focus of the event and the transformational growth experience we are designing for each attendee, we’ve decided to offer unique connection opportunities on Thursday, September 29. Get more program overview details here.

20. I’m a Latinx small business owner. How can I be part of the Latina Makers Market?

Applications to be part of the 2022 Latina Makers Market at #WeAllGrow Summit have closed. This application process was ran in the month of April and we will soon announce the final Makers for the Summit.


We have been inviting makers and founders to apply to join us for free to vend at Latina Makers Market since 2016. Due to the growing demand in previous years to join Latina Makers Market, there will be a fee to participate as we will be providing an upgraded and elevated experience for all vendors. Applications for the 2022 Latina Makers Market received 4x more submissions than the spaces we had available.

21. Who do I contact if I am interested in speaking?

This year, we are not opening a call for speakers. We are crafting a very intentional roster of speakers fully aligned with the experience, vision, the growth of our community, and the mission of Summit 2022. See our speaker lineup here.

22. Will there be a designated area for nursing mothers?

Yes! We will have a designated area on-site to provide privacy and comfort for nursing mothers.

23. I need additional assistance; who can help?

If you need any additional assistance not mentioned on this site, please include this in your registration so we can make sure you have a seamless experience on-site. Please note we will provide ASL interpretation upon request via registration, and La Quinta Resort offers mobility and hearing-accessible accommodations.

24. Is this event 21+ only?

You do not have to be over 21 to attend. We will, however, be checking IDs at the door to identify those who are 21+.

25. My daughter would love this! Are children allowed?

Children over the age of 12 are allowed to attend sessions. Children will need to have a ticket and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Nursing babies are always welcome.

28. Will you offer a virtual option to join from home?

29. I bought a ticket for the 2020 Summit and still have a credit for my ticket. How do I claim my ticket for this year?

If you had initially requested a ticket transfer, you received several emails from our team in the last two years with instructions via the email address you used during registration. Please reach out to gabriela@weallgrowlatina.com with any questions.

30. I bought a ticket for the 2020 Summit, but I want to receive my refund instead. How do I get my refund?

All requested refunds have been issued and the deadline for requests has passed. If you have not received your requested refund, please reach out to gabriela@weallgrowlatina.com with the email you used to register for the event.
